Daily AI (“the App”) is developed by Natalia Ortiz (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — used for authentication and account recovery
• Display name — derived from your email or social login profile

Learning Progress

We store your lesson completion status, scores, XP, and streak data to track your learning progress. This data is tied to your account and synced across devices.

Authentication

We support sign-in via Apple, Google, and email/password. When using Apple or Google sign-in, we receive only the information necessary for authentication (name and email). We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal data from these services.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App’s functionality
• To track and display your learning progress
• To send streak reminder notifications (only if you opt in)
• To process premium subscription purchases

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted in the EU — West Europe, Ireland). We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure each user can only access their own data.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store subscriptions (apple.com/privacy)
• Google — Google Sign-In (policies.google.com/privacy)

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App’s settings (Profile > Delete Account).

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of notifications
• Request data export by contacting us

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App.
