Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Daily Cloud (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Daily Cloud is an educational mobile application that teaches cloud computing concepts for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) through interactive quizzes and exercises. The App is available for iOS devices.
Accounts
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions
Free Tier
The first section of each cloud provider course is available for free. Access to all other sections requires a premium subscription.
Premium Subscription
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, exercises, graphics, and code snippets, is owned by Natalia Ortiz and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App’s content without written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape or extract content from the App
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Educational content is for learning purposes only and should not be considered professional certification advice. AWS, Azure, and GCP are trademarks of their respective owners; Daily Cloud is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Microsoft, or Google.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natalia Ortiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
