Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using Azure Cloud & AI Fundamentals, shown on your home screen as Daily Azure (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.

Description of Service

The App is an educational iOS application that helps you prepare for the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-901) exams through lessons, interactive exercises, a diagnostic test and timed practice exams.

Independence from Microsoft

The App is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft Foundry and the names of Microsoft certifications and products are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies and are used only to describe what the App helps you study.

The questions in the App are written by us from Microsoft’s public study guides and documentation. They are not real exam questions.

No Guarantee of Results

Practice exam scores in the App are estimates. Microsoft does not publish how answers map to its 1–1000 scale, so a passing score in the App does not guarantee that you will pass the real exam. Microsoft products, study guides and exam content change over time; we work to keep the App current, but we cannot guarantee that every item is complete or up to date at all times.

Accounts

You need an account to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Delete Account.

Purchases

Free Access

The first section of each exam course and the diagnostic test are free. Other sections and the full practice exams require Premium.

Premium

Premium is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, all through the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the App before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings; cancelling keeps Premium until the end of the period you paid for
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Premium for as long as the App is offered, and can be restored on your devices with the same Apple ID
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the App Store first

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including lessons, questions, explanations, graphics and code — is owned by Natalia Ortiz and protected by copyright. You may not copy, publish, distribute or create derivative works from it without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Scrape, extract or republish the App’s content, including its questions
• Reverse engineer the App or interfere with its services
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Its content is for learning purposes and is not professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natalia Ortiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any exam result, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
