nortiz-tech.com (“the Site”) and the software tools published under it are operated by Natalia Ortiz (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms cover the Site and our first-party publishing tools. Terms specific to our mobile applications are published on each app’s page (e.g. Daily AI, Daily Cloud).

2. Use of the Site

The Site’s content (articles, project pages, documentation) is provided for informational purposes, “as is”, without warranties of any kind. You may browse and link to the Site freely. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or attempt to disrupt its operation.

3. Publishing Tools

Our content-publishing tools are internal, first-party software used solely to create and publish our own educational content (such as short quiz videos) to social media accounts that we own, through the official APIs of the respective platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram). They are not offered as a service to third parties, do not accept third-party users, and do not interact with other users’ accounts or content.

When using those platforms’ APIs we comply with their developer terms, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site and in the content we publish is © Natalia Ortiz unless otherwise stated. Trademarks referenced (TikTok, Instagram, Angular, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or from reliance on its content.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
