nortiz-tech.com (“the Site”) and the software tools published under it are operated by Natalia Ortiz (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy covers the Site and our first-party publishing tools, including integrations with third-party platforms such as the TikTok and Instagram APIs. Policies specific to our mobile applications are published on each app’s page (e.g. Daily AI, Daily Cloud).

Information We Collect

• Site visitors: we do not require accounts and do not collect personal information. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Cloudflare) that do not track individual visitors and do not use cookies.
• Publishing tools: our content-publishing tools connect only to social media accounts that we own (e.g. our own TikTok and Instagram accounts) through the platforms’ official APIs. The tools store the OAuth access tokens granted by those platforms and basic account metadata (account name, id) needed to publish content.

How We Use Information

• OAuth tokens are used exclusively to publish our own content (short educational videos and captions) to our own social media accounts and to read the performance metrics of that content.
• We do not collect, store, or process data about other users of those platforms.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. Data flows only between our own infrastructure and the official APIs of the connected platforms (TikTok, Instagram/Meta), as governed by their terms.

Data Storage & Security

Access tokens are stored encrypted-at-rest on infrastructure we control, with access restricted to the account owner. Tokens can be revoked at any time from the corresponding platform’s settings.

If you believe we hold any information about you and wish to access or delete it, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
