Mohs can’t appraise a specimen or tell whether a stone is “real”: value is only shown as a broad, rough range.

Tips for a good result
Fill the frame with the stone, use daylight without flash, wet the surface, and show a freshly broken face if you can.
My free scans ran out
Free scans reset every day at midnight UTC. A result for a photo you already scanned, and the home-test follow-up on a recent scan, don’t use another scan.
How do I cancel Mohs Pro?
In the App tap Manage subscription at the top of the home screen, or on your iPhone go to Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends so it doesn’t renew. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I bought Mohs Pro but still see the free limit
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases, with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
Is my collection backed up?
Your collection lives only on your iPhone. It is included in your iPhone’s own backups (iCloud Backup or a computer), but we can’t see or restore it.
